Price Match Guarantee Policy

At Synterra Living, we work hard to ensure you receive the best value on all solar power stations, solar panels, and portable energy solutions. If you find an authorized retailer offering the exact same brand-new, in-stock item at a lower price, we will gladly match it.

How to Request a Price Match

Before Purchasing:

Email support@synterraliving.com with a direct link to the active product page on the competitor’s website showing the lower price. Once verified, we will issue you a custom payment link or code to complete your order at the matched price.

After Purchasing:

If you see a lower price on an authorized competitor's site within 14 days of your purchase from Synterra Living, send us the link along with your Synterra Living order number. Upon confirmation, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the competitor's listing must meet the following conditions:

  • Authorized Retailer: The price must come from an authorized US dealer for the brand. 

  • Identical Product: The item must be brand new, identical in model, color, specifications, and warranty length, and sealed in its original manufacturer packaging.

  • In-Stock Status: The product must be currently in stock and available for immediate shipping at the competitor's online store.

  • Total Delivered Price: The matched price includes product price plus any applicable shipping and handling fees charged by the competitor.

Exclusions & Exceptions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Un-authorized dealers, unauthorized third-party marketplace sellers (e.g., non-official sellers on Amazon, eBay, or Walmart Marketplace), or peer-to-peer sales.

  • Refurbished, open-box, clearance, closeout, liquidated, or damaged inventory.

  • Pricing errors, misprints, limited-time flash sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday doorbusters, or bundled package promotions.

  • Items where the manufacturer strictly prohibits discounting under Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) rules.

  • Competitor coupons, rebate offers, financing offers, or trade-in discounts.
